Excited to announce in 2026 I will debut an entirely new fantasy world: The World of the Thinlands. I will publish the first novel of the Ashfyre series- The Rust Crown, which will be well over 200,000 words. Each novel in the series will be longer, epic fantasy with a touch of dark/grimdark/romance and an entirely new realm to explore!
I write for fun, and to put my kids through college. I write fantasy stories centered in the World of Espa, a world of my creation. Soon, I will be debuting a new world- The Thin Lands. If you like epic fantasy, elements of romantic, high, grimdark fantasy, and rich world building, I think my writing has something to offer! I hope people will enjoy my stories. This is 100% a pseudonym, and I don't want my real life to intersect with my writing. The two are *very* separate.
My main work is the World of Espa, which as of 3/1/26 is 30 books. You can start either with the Freebooters (13 books), Order of the Lark (2 books), or the Espa Chronicle Series (9 books). The Freebooters picks up after the Chronicle, but you can start in either place. The Gold Saga (3 books) picks up after the Chronicle, and you kind of need to read the Chronicle to get into the Gold Saga.
The Freebooters though, they can stand alone. It's the series I'm the most proud of, and enjoy writing the most.
